- IMPORTANT - Please make sure your image is larger than 500kb and is a .jpg file, 1500kb for canvas size A0
- Please do not send images from facebook as they are generally low resolution and do not print well
- If you are unsure if your photo would be suitable please feel free to email it to us before purchasing
- Please remember to name your file with your Ebay name when emailing the image to us, then we will know it is yours
- State which wrap you would prefer, BLACK, WHITE, COLOURED OR PRINTED

LJ's Wall Art is a small family run company based in Cheshire, with years of experience in photography, design and printing. We provide high quality photo design and printing, with high quality customer service.
All of our canvas pictures are ready to hang on your wall. They are handmade and will be securely packaged. All canvases are handstretched, stapled and tape finished.
We use the latest high tech printers, using only original inks, to ensure the colours are vibrant and strong.
The canvas that we use is 100% cotton, to give a far superior finish that will last for years.
We provide any of our images in any size, just enquire.
The frames are pine wood and are either 18mm or 38mm in depth, depending on size of image and your preference.
We can provide for you an unmounted canvas - any image. We will roll the canvas and send it out to you in a tube, ready for you to frame yourself.

Shipping
We aim to ship out within 24 hours, - delivery within 3 working days. We also provide next day delivery (excluding weekends) if orders are placed before 11am. During busy periods this may be slightly longer.
All images are securely packaged in a cardboard packet.
Please note, we cannot change the address once this has been booked in.
If an item is undelivered, then the courier will follow protocol - leave a card with instructions for you to follow, e.g. left with a neighbour, or contact a number to arrange redelivery.
If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery, then the postage shall be deducted from any refund issued. We will also have to charge should we have to resend the item.
