The item must be returned in the condition it was dispatched and in its original packaging. Please notify us before returning. Some of our prices include courier fees, therefore if you wish to return an item and it is NOT damaged, we can only refund you the cost of the print. We cannot refund the cost of the courier fees, which are £4.99 for prints under the size 41" x 26", anything over this size, courier fees are £9.99.
We cannot accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post during return.

Can be printed in black and white, sepia or colour.
You can also choose your wrap: Black, White, Coloured, or Printed Edge.
Your image will be gallery wrapped onto a 35mm thick or 18mm pine frame, NOT MDF

Frequently asked questions
Do I need lots of photos? Not necessarily. The minimum number of photos for a collage is 2! There is no technical limit to how many pictures you can use in your collage. If you require more than 50 images on your collage please just email us for a quote.
Is there an extra cost for changes? No, there is no extra charge for revisions. We will work with you however long it takes till you are satisfied with your design.
How do I send lots of photos to you? Sending them via email is the quickest way of getting your photos to us. You may have to send several or individual files in separate emails if the files are very large. We are limited to receiving a maximum of 20MB per email. If you are not able to send the digital files via email you are welcome to send your images on a CD and post them to us.
Can you change the background/border colour? Yes we can but please do just bear in mind that certain colours can clash with photo montages. We suggest keeping the background white for the best effect.

ORDERING
- IMPORTANT - Please make sure your images are a .jpg file
- Please do not send images from facebook as they are generally low resolution and do not print well.
- Please remember to name your file with your Ebay name when emailing the image to us, then we will know it is yours
- State which wrap you would prefer, BLACK, WHITE, COLOURED OR PRINTED
- State which frame you would prefer. 18MM OR 35MM
- State any preferences that you have for the design, i.e. Photos can be blended in (see above) or the edges can be kept solid.

SHIPPING
If an item is undelivered, then the courier will follow protocol -
leave a card with instructions for you to follow,
e.g. left with a neighbour, or contact a number to arrange redelivery.
RETURNS
- We aim to ship out within 24 hours, - delivery within 3 working days.
- We also provide next day delivery (excluding weekends) if orders are placed before 11am.
- During busy periods this may be slightly longer.
- All images are securely packaged in a cardboard packet.
- Please note, we cannot change the address once this has been booked in.
- If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery, then the postage shall be deducted from any refund issued. We will also have to charge should we have to resend the item.
