We pride ourselves on the quality of our images, however should you wish to return an item we accept returns strictly within 7 days of purchase. The item must be returned in the condition it was dispatched and in its original packaging. Please notify us before returning. Some of our prices include courier fees, therefore if you wish to return an item and it is NOT damaged, we can only refund you the cost of the print. We cannot refund the cost of the courier fees, which are £4.99 for prints under the size 41" x 26", anything over this size, courier fees are £9.99. We cannot accept any responibility for items lost or damaged in the post during return.

LJ's Wall Art is a small family run company based in Cheshire, with years of experience in photography, design and printing. We provide high quality photo design and printing, with high quality customer service.
All of our canvas pictures are ready to hang on your wall. They are handmade and will be securely packaged. All canvases are handstretched, stapled and tape finished.
We use the latest high tech printers, using only original inks, to ensure the colours are vibrant and strong.
The canvas that we use is 100% cotton, to give a far superior finish that will last for years.
We provide any of our images in any size, just enquire.
The frames are pine wood and are either 18mm or 34mm in depth, depending on size of image and your preference.
We can provide for you an unmounted canvas - any image. We will roll the canvas and send it out to you in a tube, ready for you to frame yourself.

Shipping
We aim to ship out within 24 hours, - delivery within 3 working days. We also provide next day delivery (excluding weekends) if orders are placed before 11am. During busy periods this may be slightly longer.
All images are securely packaged in a cardboard packet.
Please note, we cannot change the address once this has been booked in.
If an item is undelivered, then the courier will follow protocol - leave a card with instructions for you to follow, e.g. left with a neighbour, or contact a number to arrange redelivery.
If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery, then the postage shall be deducted from any refund issued. We will also have to charge should we have to resend the item.
